"Former drummer" 2023
[edit]Lead image caption:
"Guns N' Roses at Glastonbury Festival 2023. From left to right: Dizzy Reed, Richard Fortus, Duff McKagan, Axl Rose, Slash, Melissa Reese and former drummer Frank Ferrer."
In 2023, Ferrer was the then-current drummer, not the former drummer. This needs correcting.

"Ferrer exits, Isaac Carpenter joins" paragraph
[edit]I believe the paragraph should be rewritten to give more detail on how this went down. It's all verifiable by looking at the edit history of this wiki page as well as the GN'R News discord server. Silkworms also posted about Carpenter joining on Reddit and Instagram a week before Frank's departure was even announced.
My suggestion:
Ferrer exits, Isaac Carpenter joins
In December 2024, the band announced the "Because What You Want & What You Get Are Two Completely Different Things Tour" scheduled for 2025.[1]
On March 12th, GUNS N' ROSES NEWS Discord server administrator "Silkworms" posted that Isaac Carpenter had joined Guns N' Roses. An edit was made to the Wikipedia pages for both Guns N' Roses and Carpenter to reflect this lineup change, but was quickly reverted back under suspicion of being a troll. One week later, on March 19, 2025, it was officially announced that longtime drummer Frank Ferrer departed from Guns N' Roses.[2] A day later, on March 20, the band announced that Isaac Carpenter was the new drummer, officially replacing Frank Ferrer, who was the band’s drummer since he joined in 2006.[3][4] Silkworms later clarified that Ferrer's departure was due to missing a recording session. - The Discord source fails WP:USERG. Whatever we write must be based on published analysis by WP:SECONDARY sources. If uninvolved reliable sources did not publish all the details, then we aren't going to carry all the details. Binksternet (talk) 01:00, 24 April 2025 (UTC)
